Wallpics strives to maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction, including a guarantee of every product as it is described at our Sites and Apps. Please check our Terms of Use carefully at first and order only if this policy is acceptable to you.

Refund cases:

1. Incorrect order was delivered

You are re eligible ask to send your original order again or place the equivalent new order instead of incorrect within 5 working days of the delivery date. Please contact our support team at support@wallpics.com before to discuss all the details and desired option.

2. Order was damaged

You are eligible for 50% discount for your next order if the order arrives damaged. Please contact our support team at support@wallpics.com and send us the photos of damaged tiles.

3. Order did not arrive

You are eligible for a full refund of the order price, including shipping costs, if your order has not arrived as of the estimated delivery date, up until 30 calendar days past. If we can provide tracking information indicating the order has arrived, the refund request is void. In cases where the item is returned to the seller for any of the following reasons, the refund price includes item price only: incomplete address, unclaimed, returned to sender, or similar.

4. Partial refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason but still wish to keep the item, you can negotiate a discount for your next order with us for an amount that is agreeable to both parties. Please note that while you may request a future discount, we are not obligated to provide one and, depending on your reason for the request, may prefer that you return the item for a full refund instead.
