1. About Wallpics
Wallpics provides custom photo tiles, wall art, and related printed photo products. Our products are personalised and made using the images, text, designs, and other content you upload or provide when placing an order.
2. Using Our Website
You agree to use Wallpics.com only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security, upload harmful files, or use the website in a way that could damage our business, systems, customers, or partners.
We may update, suspend, or remove parts of the website at any time.
3. Your Account and Order Information
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details.
You are responsible for checking your order carefully before submitting it. This includes checking product selection, image cropping, spelling, quantities, delivery address, and any personalisation details.
4. Your Photos and Content
You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. However, by uploading content to Wallpics, you give us permission to use that content as needed to process, print, produce, quality-check, package, and deliver your order.
You confirm that:
You own the content you upload, or you have permission to use it.
Your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person.
Your content is not unlawful, abusive, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate.
We may refuse, cancel, or remove any order or content that we believe violates these Terms or may expose us or others to legal risk.
5. Photo Quality and Printing Results
The final print quality depends on the quality of the image you upload. Low-resolution, blurry, dark, compressed, filtered, cropped, or poorly lit images may print with reduced sharpness or colour accuracy.
Colours may appear slightly different in print than they appear on your phone, tablet, or computer screen because screens and printing processes display colour differently.
You are responsible for making sure your uploaded images are suitable for printing before placing your order.
6. Personalised Products
Most Wallpics products are custom-made and personalised for you. Because of this, orders usually cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind, selected the wrong photo, approved the wrong crop, entered the wrong address, or ordered the wrong quantity.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation
After you place an order, we may send you an order confirmation by email. This confirmation means we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is a payment issue, pricing error, technical error, suspected fraud, delivery restriction, content issue, or other reasonable concern.
Because our products are custom-made, we may not be able to cancel or change an order once it has entered production or printing. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.
8. Prices, Promotions, and Payment
Prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase. We may change prices, offers, discounts, delivery charges, and product availability at any time.
Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, applied to previous orders, or combined with other offers.
You agree to pay all charges shown at checkout, including product prices, shipping fees, and any applicable taxes or duties.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays may happen due to customs, postal services, couriers, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, high order volume, or events outside our control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 21 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Where we confirm a problem caused by us or our production process, we may offer a replacement, reprint, refund, or other suitable solution.
We may not be able to help if the issue was caused by customer error, poor uploaded image quality, normal colour variation, incorrect address details, or damage after delivery.
11. Returns and Refunds
Because Wallpics products are personalised, we generally do not accept returns for custom-made products unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Refunds, replacements, or credits are handled at our discretion and in line with applicable law.
If a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, designs, logos, product images, text, graphics, software, and other materials on Wallpics.com are owned by or licensed to Monster Brain Studios Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any part of our website or branding without our written permission.
13. Customer Reviews and Feedback
If you submit a review, comment, photo, testimonial, or other feedback, you give us permission to use, display, edit, reproduce, and share it for marketing, website, product improvement, and customer service purposes, unless you tell us otherwise.
You must not submit reviews or feedback that are false, misleading, offensive, unlawful, or infringe another person’s rights.
14. Privacy
Your use of Wallpics.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

15. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers for payment processing, shipping, analytics, customer support, email, marketing, or other business services.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wallpics and Monster Brain Studios Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, business, goodwill, or opportunity.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
17. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs issues, natural disasters, strikes, war, government action, technical failures, supply shortages, or internet/payment disruptions.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
By continuing to use Wallpics.com after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region provide otherwise.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Hong Kong, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
20. Refund Policy
Wallpics strives to maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction, including a guarantee of every product as it is described at our Sites and Apps. Please check our Terms of Usecarefully at first and order only if this policy is acceptable to you.
Refund cases:
20.1. Incorrect order was delivered
You are re eligible ask to send your original order again or place the equivalent new order instead of incorrect within 5 working days of the delivery date. Please contact our support team at support@wallpics.com before to discuss all the details and desired option.
20.2. Order was damaged
You are eligible for 50% discount for your next order if the order arrives damaged. Please contact our support team at support@wallpics.com and send us the photos of damaged tiles.
20.3. Order did not arrive
You are eligible for a full refund of the order price, including shipping costs, if your order has not arrived as of the estimated delivery date, up until 30 calendar days past. If we can provide tracking information indicating the order has arrived, the refund request is void. In cases where the item is returned to the seller for any of the following reasons, the refund price includes item price only: incomplete address, unclaimed, returned to sender, or similar.
20.4. Partial refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason but still wish to keep the item, you can negotiate a discount for your next order with us for an amount that is agreeable to both parties. Please note that while you may request a future discount, we are not obligated to provide one and, depending on your reason for the request, may prefer that you return the item for a full refund instead.
20.5. How to initiate a refund?
Please contact us at support@wallpics.com and describe your problem with the order. Please attach the necessary photos to confirm your claims.
